There are two ways to join our Rustmates server.

First, you can join directly through our website by clicking the "Connect" button. This will automatically launch Rust and connect you to our server if the game is installed on your device.

Alternatively, you can join through the game itself. Open Rust, click on the "Play Game" button, then click on the "Servers" tab. In the search bar, type "Rustmates" and click "Refresh". Once our server appears in the list, click on it and then click "Join Server".

If you believe you've been unfairly banned, you can submit a ban appeal through our Ban Appeal Form at here.

We will review your appeal and get back to you as soon as possible.

There are several ways to make purchases or exchanges for our server.

For real currency transactions, such as purchasing our "VIP ranks" , you can visit our store and follow the instructions there.

In the game, you can use your earned in-game currency to buy items from our built-in in-game shop. This shop operates on the "EARN BY PLAYING" concept, allowing you to gain items the more you play. Additionally, you can sell items or exchange your in-game currency with other players.

Please note that all purchases and contributions are used to support the server and keep it running.

Our server provides a variety of commands to enhance your gameplay experience.

For instance, you can access the Info Panel by typing /info in the chat. To view the kits available to you, use the /kits command. We also encourage players to vote for our server, and you can do this by typing /vote - don't forget, you'll receive rewards for voting!

For a full list of commands, please use the /commands command in-game.

Our server restarts daily at approximately 6:00 AM (CEST) to ensure smooth gameplay. Please be aware that you will be disconnected from the server during this time, but the downtime usually lasts only a few minutes.
As for wipes, we have two types: map wipes and blueprint wipes. Map wipes occur MONTHLY, every two weeks. Blueprint wipes, which include a full wipe, occur on the first Thursday of each month.

The wipe time is always at approximately 9:00 PM CEST. Please note that exact times can vary, so be sure to check Discord for the most up-to-date information.

No, our admins do not play on the server. They are dedicated to maintaining a fair and balanced gameplay experience for all players. Admins actively monitor the chat and provide support when needed, but they do not interfere with the natural flow of the game.

Please note that our admins will not, in most cases, break walls or items for players, nor will they spawn in or retrieve any items lost for any reason. This policy helps us maintain the integrity of the game and ensures a fair experience for all players.

On the other hand, we have staff members known as "helpers" who do play on the server. They serve as the direct link between the community and the admins, handling reports and facilitating communication.
